School Board

The DSH was founded in 2006 by the Grand Charity Association. Since 2008 DSH is a PASCH school and the acknowledgment as an official German school abroad was given in 2014.

The school is operated as a NGO on non profit basis. It is financed by income out of school fees which are set by the Egyptian authorities as well as by the German ministry of Foreign Affairs with personnel and financial support. The ownership is supporting the school with the school building and taking over the financial deficits.
